If you roll up your sleeve, do not roll up too tightly, that may constrict the blood flow in your arm. Wrap the wrist band around your left wrist firmly, leaving 1-2cm between the cuff and the bottom on your palm. The monitor screen should face the same direction as your palm does.Taking a Measurement – Position yourself on a chair comfortably with your back straight and feet on the ground. Rest for at least 5 mins, do not smoke, drink stimulating beverage, such as coffee and alcohol. Relax for at least 30 mins after intensive exercise. Put your arm near your heart as the picture shown below, relax your whole arm and have your other arm to support. Do not move your body during measurement, especially the arm being measured.Measure your blood pressure – When you are read, pressure ON\OFF button. The device will start to work automatically. Wait unit the measurement completes.Memory Function – The monitor can automatically store up to 90 set of last measurement reading each for 2 users. When memory reach 90 readings, the new reading will cover the oldest reading.Review your Result – Press MEM button, your last measurement result displays on the screen. The first reading shown will be the average of your last 3 results, Press MEM button again, the monitor displays previous result from the recent to older. Press MEM button to select between user 1 and user 2. Press SET button to confirm. Set the Date – After select the user, year displays and flashes. Press MEM button to increase the number by increments of one (hold MEM button to increase faster). Press SET button to set the year, then month display and flashes.
